This project involved the complete transformation of the property through a carefully considered programme of structural alterations, internal remodelling, and high-specification refurbishment, resulting in an elegant waterside dining destination.

Significant structural works formed the foundation of the project, including underpinning and the construction of an entirely new roof, ensuring the long-term integrity and performance of the building. These essential works allowed us to reimagine the internal layout and unlock the full potential of the space.

Internally, the building was thoughtfully remodelled to create a sophisticated waterside restaurant centred around a contemporary open-plan kitchen. This design not only enhances the dining experience but also brings a sense of theatre and connection between the chefs and guests.

The refurbishment was delivered with meticulous attention to detail and completed fully in accordance with the project specification, achieving a refined finish that complements the restaurant’s premium setting and atmosphere.
