A full refurbishment has transformed the property, combining modern design with improved energy performance. All existing timber doors and windows were replaced with sleek, high-quality aluminium-framed units, enhancing both the appearance and durability of the home. A new sliding door was introduced on the south elevation, flooding the interior with natural light while creating a seamless connection to the outdoor space. To further enhance sustainability, photovoltaic (PV) solar panels were installed on the south-facing roof, helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce the home’s environmental impact.
